My ideal client is thoughtful, creative, and in transition. Many are first-time buyers looking for a home that feels like them, not like something churned out by a developer on autopilot. They might be artists, educators, entrepreneurs, or simply people who live with intention. They’re not trying to “keep up.” They’re trying to settle in—on their own terms.
They gravitate toward older homes, bold details, and spaces with personality. They’re not afraid of a little quirk, a little wear, or a little imagination. They come with a vision—or at least, the feeling that there’s a better way to do this.
WHAT THEY VALUE
They value honesty over hype, partnership over performance, and knowledge over noise. They’re turned off by sales-y energy, hard closes, and overly polished real estate speak. They want to feel informed, empowered, and safe—especially in a market that feels like it was designed to overwhelm.

I help first-time buyers separate natural jitters from the deeper feeling that maybe this isn’t the right house—or the right time. That discernment is everything.
I guide them through chaos with context, care, and humor when necessary. I know the market, but I also know how to say: “You don’t have to rush. We’re not just checking boxes—we’re building something real.”
